St Dunstan's church hall, Canterbury (free parking available)
An accessible class for beginners or those with experience. We will explore range of movement in the body, connection to the breath and some principle yoga postures with a sprinkling of yoga philosophy.
Gentle hatha yoga classes that teach the foundational principles of yoga through some of the common asanas, breathwork, relaxation and a small amount of meditation and philosophy.
