A slower, more accessible class for beginners or those who just want a relaxing way to explore range of movement in the body and experience an hour of presence.

Exploring Yoga

Tuesdays

7.30-8.30pm

Classes for those with some yoga experience. A mindful exploration of some of the common asanas and other yogic practices. 

My classes are by donation, suggested £3 a class.

Gentle hatha yoga classes that teach the foundational principles of yoga through some of the common asanas, breathwork, relaxation and a small amount of meditation and philosophy.
